My Rumble Bee

My Rumble Bee is one of a kind. Everyone knows my truck when they see it. It is very noticable in public because no one else in MN has one like me. My truck has two yellow shelby racing strips going from the front to the spoiler. Yes, my truck has a spoiler on it also. On the tailgate it has a custom made Rumble Bee logo which is painted on by a professional. I have modded out my truck also to make it even faster. I put a weapon air intake which adds not a lot but it is usually the first mod people do for their vehicle. I also put a throttle body, bigger cams, bigger injectors, superchip, and exhaust. It is up to about ~480 H.P. and im not sure about how much torque there is, probably around 500 too. I use this as a daily driver through the summer but when winter comes I store it because i dont get very good traction with them and they are 22's. It is very fun to drive around in and all my friends usually want to drive it. In the future I want to add a supercharger to really boost up the H.P.. It would make the truck just that much faster.

Dodge rumble bee information

The Rumble Bee got its name from a car in the 1960's-70's. It was called a Dodge Super Bee, which also bear the "Bee" logol. Also the Dodge charger and Challenger had this symbol also in the earlier years. This truck is a very specail edition that Dodge came out with to bring back the old super bee name. This truck is a contribute to the old Super Bee which is cool. Most people have never heard of them nor seen them. Most owners garage them because of their value and not a lot of people in Minnesota have one because of the winters, which bring salt and rust. I was lucky and my dad bought me this as a first car, which is very nice. There isn't a pickup out there that can compare or be as of a special edition as much as this truck. The Rumble Bee’s main feature, of course, is its 5.7-litre Hemi, putting out 345hp and 375 ft-lbs of torque. The truck comes in any color you like, as long as it’s either yellow or black, with the distinctive “bumblebee stripe” on the rear of the box. It’s definitely a looker; people stopped to stare at it as I drove down the street. The name is a throwback to 1968, when Dodge souped up the Coronet and dubbed it the Super Bee. Rumble Bee continues the heritage, though. It’s incredibly powerful, and once you get in its groove, it’s a hell of a lot of fun.

Exterior

The limited edition Dodge Rumble Bee came with only two colors that you could pick from. It was either the solar yellow or black. Each truck is equipped with a "Bee Striped" on each side of the rear box. The black trucks had yellow stripes while the yellow trucks have the black stripes. The stripe bears a more modernized "Scat Pack Bee" logo that can be found on the past Dodge Super Bee cars. Now most people think my truck (which is a black one) is better looking then the solar yellow ones. I can definitely agree with that. The truck comes with a appearance package which makes it "badass looking." It comes with painted bumpers, and bright grille inserts. The package also included a chrome-plated fuel door, chrome-plated exhaust tip, lower rocker panel fascia or "ground effects", and a hood scoop. The hood scoop was unfortunitley non-funtioning, but I made it funtional. This exterior of the Dodge Rumble Bee is one that screams fast and loud!

Interior

     The Dodge Rumble Bee has a very distinct interior that nothing else matches it. It has a special center dash plaque that makes every truck its own special truck. This is painted gloss yellow and shows the limited edition production number. The premium door handles sported special gloss yellow inserts along with the "Bee" on them. All Rumble Bee's come with cloth seats, which most people can upgrade to leather if they please. I think that this interior could be better, but yet I have never seen any other car with these same features which makes this truck so special. Most people enjoy the interior and when I take my buddies for a drive they would never have guessed the interior looked so good and seats felt good. Most people don't know about the plaques nor the yellow inserts.



    

Rumble Bee engine specs

     The Dodge Rumble Bee comes with a Hemi Magnum 5.7L V8. It is one of the fastest trucks that was out that year. It comes with 345 horsepower and 375 pound-feet of torque.The engine is a cast iron block fitted with aluminum heads, and features a bore of 3.92 inches and stroke of 3.58 inches. I have experienced this power in this truck and have very muched enjoyed it. But in mine I modded it out and made it even faster. When people see this most people think it cant be that fast, but with the hemi V8 it delievers the power and is able to beat most cars and trucks.

2005 dodge rumble bee

    The 2005 Dodge Rumble Bee is a limited edition from Dodge. The real Rumble Bee's only came out in 2004 and 2005. In 2004 they called it the "First Swarm" and they only made 3700 of them. In 2005 it was called "Second Swarm" and only made 5000 of them. But early buyers of the “limited edition” Dodge Ram Rumble Bee are upset that production numbers seem to have exceeded 3700 units, a number they believed would be the limit when they purchased their trucks. Every truck gets its own numbered dash plaque. I have the 2005 edition, with a dash plaque #3507 Some people mimic these rumble bees and just put the decals on. I dont think that's right since they didnt actually buy one. I bought mine two summers ago and i had to import it from Oklahoma. Down there it was used as a show truck and has very few miles. I defintley enjoy this truck and use it daily, except for when winter comes I store it in my garage. I store it because of the salt in the winter, I dont want it to rust or scratch my paint job.
